This project will let you edit the Text of UISwitch that is default 'ON' and 'OFF' always.Also you may edit the color of Text also.

It doesn't work, i had a signal SIGABRT on the method (UIView *) textHolder of UICustomSwitch !!
I wonder if the _UISwitchSlider should not inherit from UISwitch.
i think you can do this easily through XIB file in iOS 5 and above... Give that a try
Code only work with old version of IOS
